Our 155,000 square foot ERW facility, located in Niles, Ohio, has recently undergone some exciting changes. We’ve been hard at work upgrading our ERW equipment to ensure we’re using the latest, greatest technology available to us.
End face / break edge deburring is now automated, improving processing and reducing drops. And it’s faster and safer for employees.
Hex bundling at the mill allows for more efficient product handling and better stacking on trucks and in warehouses. Near flush-face bundling improves processing and allows for bundle cutting.
Our in-line stenciling option allows for quick and easy identification in inventory. Stenciling is now automated for faster production and can be customized based on your requirements.
Our rust preventative auto OD oiling option reduces short-term surface rust and protects against corrosion. Rust prevention improves product appearance, integrity, and machinability.
